Meditation for Daily Life
As busy people, we easily get stressed and worried. We try to surround ourselves with a good job, a nice home, friends and family so that we will be happy. What we find is that all of these good external conditions can make us superficially happy but they can also cause more worry and problems. In Buddha's teachings we find a solution to bring about the real and lasting happiness we long for - by changing our mind!
In these monthly workshops we will explore various topics and meditations to help solve our daily problems from the inside out! - so we can thrive and create true happiness for ourselves and be of real benefit to others.
Please note that beginning in September, sessions will be held on the second Wednesday of each month (previously the third Wednesday) in the Children's Program Room (previously held in the Community Room). Please make note of these changes. We look forward to seeing you there.
